Pandemija sutrukdė įsimylėjėlių kelionę į Paryžių. Tačiau vaikinas per daug  nenusiminė ir surengė savo mylimajai mielą staigmeną, kurią tikrai prisimins visą gyvenimą, – rašoma leidinyje „Bored Panda“.

 

Vis dėlto atšaukė kelionę, norėdami apsaugoti save ir kitus

Pora iš Amerikos, Frederiksburgo miesto jau seniai svajojo apie Paryžių. Jie planavo atostogas ir iš anksto nusipirko bilietus. Tačiau pandemija pakeitė visus planus.

„Luke‘as ir aš suplanavome didelę kelionę į Paryžių. Ten gyvena mano sesuo,  todėl ketinome ir su ja susitikti. Visą savaitę prieš tai abejojome, ar verta eiti atostogauti dabar, kai aplink siaučia koronavirusas. Nenorėjome keisti planų ir nebuvome tikri, kad mums bus atlygintos išlaidos. Bet likus dienai iki išvykimo vis dėlto atšaukėme kelionę, norėdami apsaugoti save ir kitus“, – leidiniui paaiškino Erika Diffendall.

Sugriuvus planams, kaip reikiant sugadino jaunų žmonių nuotaikas, juo labiau, kad Luke‘as jau buvo nusipirkęs sužadėtuvių  žiedą, kurį planavo užmauti ant Erikos piršto Paryžiuje, prie Eiffelio bokšto.

„Mes su Luke‘u susipažinome daugiau nei prieš ketverius metus, todėl maniau, kad Paryžius bus labai romantiškas ir ypatingas, ir tikėjausi, kad ten įvyks kažkas įdomaus“, – dalijosi mergina.

Ir tas „kažkas ypatingo“ nutiko, bet ne Paryžiuje, o jų gimtajame mieste.

 

Ant sienos pamatė didelį Eiffelio bokšto piešinį

Praėjus savaitei po kelionės atšaukimo, Luke‘as ir jo brolis pasiūlė Erikai pasivaikščioti po miestą. Mergina nustebino toks pasiūlymas, nes Luke‘as nemėgo bėgioti ar vaikštinėti, ypač penktadienio vakarą.

Tolesni įvykiai priminė romantiško filmo scenarijų.

„Jis nuvedė mane į alėją, vedančią į Rinkos aikštę. Ten, ant sienos, pamačiau didelį Eiffelio bokšto piešinį kartu su Triumfo arka. Priešais Eiffelio bokštą ant grindinio gulėjo rožės. Tada jis atsiklaupė ir uždavė pagrindinį klausimą! Tai buvo taip miela ir viskas apgalvota!“, – sakė Erika.

Iškilmingą akimirką užfiksavo Luke‘o brolis. Įsimylėjėliai  jiems svarbų įvykį šventė su šampanu ir prancūziškais patiekalais, kuriuos Luke‘as gavo iš vietinio prancūzų restorano. Mergina buvo sužavėta romantišku vakaru.

„Nors tai ir nėra tikrasis Paryžius, o virusas sugriovė mūsų pavasario atostogas, vakaras pasirodė nuostabus ir ypatingas. Jis visada mums primins, kad tu gali padaryti ką nors gero net ir sunkiomis sąlygomis ir išlikti pozityvus“, – parašė Erika savo tviterio paskyroje.
